Sandra DeJong, FNP

Sandy has always enjoyed helping others. She chose the nursing field as a way to make a difference in people's lives and walk with them through their journey of health. It’s always been her goal to serve her patients with a humble attitude of servitude and meet them where they are at in life. Sandy appreciates the full spectrum of care she is able to provide with primary care – preventative and disease management. Each day is filled with new opportunities to learn and grow while helping individuals optimize their health. In addition to her nursing career, Sandy volunteers at her church, teaching classes and serving in various areas of ministry.
