Ever since her middle school science teacher instilled a drive to learn and explore the science field, Dr Runge knew she wanted to be a doctor. She chose to work in primary care because of the long-term relationships she develops with each patient. “I think everyone deserves to have a point person to help them interpret and seek wellness, ” she explains. She enjoys the opportunity to laugh with her patients and find new ways to connect with them – in turn helping them stay healthy and well. As a part of primary care services, she has special interests in women’s health and osteopathic manipulation (OMT). Dr Runge enjoys staying active, including aerial fitness and boxing with friends.
